Is this real money gambling?
No. Casino Lounge Montréal is a social casino. Coins are virtual, cannot be bought with real money, cannot be cashed out or exchanged for anything, and there are no real prizes.
How do I earn coins?
Play the four lounge tables: Chip Merge, Royal Streak, Chip Drop and Lounge Blackjack. Each hand pays in coins. There is also a daily bonus that grows with your streak, a comp from the house when you run low, and coins on every level up.
What are game packs?
Packs are bundles of slot demos. Buy a pack with coins and every game in it is yours to play. There are seventeen, from a free starter pack to studio packs and the Jackpot Vault.
What are powerups?
Consumables for Chip Merge: Wild Chip, The Rake, Shuffle, Double Down and Insurance. Buy them in the shop, use them from the pocket under the felt.
How old do I have to be?
Eighteen or older. The app asks on first launch and will not open the lounge until you confirm.
Do the slots work offline?
The slot demos need a connection; they are hosted by their studios. The four lounge tables, your packs and your wallet work offline.
Can I reset my progress?
Yes. Profile, then Reset progress. Coins, packs, levels, powerups and history go back to day one. Settings stay. It cannot be undone.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. The app is iPhone first; the Android build comes after.
Does the app collect my data?
The app keeps your save on your device. The support form sends only what you type plus build facts about your device, with no identifiers. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
